Large free parking lot available, and less than 5 min walk from the train station. Second floor entrance is located on both ends of the building on the right (if entering from main st). Elevator is also available when in service.
Please be sure to book the appropriate appointment. Each appointment has a specific description, a time and a price. If you book an incorrect appointment, I may not have enough time to complete the procedure. If you are unsure of which appointment to pick or if you can't remember when you were last in to visit, please feel free to contact me.
Deposits
A $15 deposit is required for all Lash Sets and $50 for Cosmetic Tattoos, this will go towards your total amount but will not be returned or forwarded if No-Show or cancellations.
Deposits are non refundable and only transferable under agreed circumstances.
Refunds
If you have any concerns with the service you received, let me know within 48 hours and I will fix the issue to your satisfaction at no extra charge. I do not offer refunds on services. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact me immediately. For lashes, if you experience an allergic reaction and are unable to wear them, I will remove them free of charge but no refund will be issued. If you have experienced allergic reactions in the past and think you might have an allergy to our products, please schedule a patch test to ensure no complications.
Late Policy
Your appointment is important to me. I allow a specific amount of time to each service which allows me to do my job in a comfortable and relaxed environment. You deserve my full attention without rushing or cutting corners, therefore if you arrive more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and it will be your responsibility to reschedule. If you feel like you will be running more than 15 minutes late, please text me, (203) 512-6544, and I will let you know if I can take you at a later time.
48hr Cancellations, No-Shows and Rescheduling
You have until 48 hours to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Last minute cancellations will be marked and charged 50% of the remaining balance of your service. This will not go towards any future services. To reschedule, the client will be required to pay 50% now and the remaining balance will be due on the day. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you are showing signs of sickness, coughing, sneezing, fever, headaches etc, please reschedule your appointment. Anyone who comes in with obvious signs will not be seen and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance no exceptions.
Touch Ups
Lash touch ups must be scheduled accurately to their date OR the amount of lashes. Cannot be less than 40% of the original set. Recommended time for lash extension touch ups are 2-3 weeks from the previous appointment date.
IF YOU CAN COUNT YOUR EXTENSIONS, ITS NOT A FILL
Tattoo touch ups must be booked and are not included in the initial price. For best results, it is recommended to book your first touch up 4-6 weeks after your appointment. After, an annual touch up is recommended.
